Glossary

Cash rating – this is the overnight cash rating given by the manufacturer (i.e. it is their view on what cover an insurer is likely to give).

Valuables cover - as a guide, insurers typically give up to 10 times  the cash grade for valuables, example a 4K cash rating will give up to 40K for valuables (Check with your insurer). 

Fire Protection Attributes

All phoenix fire resistant safes are independently tested to a UK, European and American test standard.

Warranty / Insurance

All Phoenix Fire Safes come with a Free lifetime ' after the fire' replacement warranty and a full two year materials and labour warranty. Insurance cover will vary due to location and circumstances.

Payment Terms

We offer 30 day terms to all recognised institutions being:- Government, Educational Authorities, Health Authorities, Councils & Charities. For companies who order regularly we would also offer 30 day terms.
