Free Delivery and Positioning

Items weighing more than 60kgs are delivered by a specialised carrier within 5 – 10 working days. The carrier will be in contact with you directly in order to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery will be to a ground floor location only (or other floors via a lift) with no more than one threshold step.

Please contact our customer services team if you would like an item delivered via stairs.

Our free delivery services apply to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to locations outside mainland UK please contact our customer services team to confirm an additional cost.

All deliveries and installations are carried out Monday to Friday during normal working hours (8.30am – 5.00pm).
