Delivery
Our free delivery services apply to mainland UK addresses only. For deliveries to locations outside mainland UK please contact our customer services team to confirm an additional cost.
All deliveries and installations are carried out Monday to Friday during normal working hours (8.30am – 6.00pm).
Each product on our website will carry specific delivery information within the product specification page under the More Info tab.
Free Recorded Delivery
Items under 1kg are sent by Royal Mail recorded delivery. A signature is required.
Free Timed Delivery
Next day Timed Delivery service *
* All Timed Delivery products are available on a next working day service (applicable for orders received by 14.00 pm). Our courier will provide you on the day of delivery, with a one hour delivery window so you don’t have to wait in all day for your safe.

Free Courier Express
Items ordered before 14.00pm will be dispatched the same day for next working day delivery. Delivery will be by courier to the property entrance only. A signature is required. If no one is in at the time of delivery a card will be left explaining how to arrange a re delivery.
Free Courier Delivery
Items ordered before 12pm will be dispatched the next working day on a 3 working day delivery service. Delivery will be by courier to the property entrance only. A signature is required. If no one is in at the time of delivery a card will be left explaining how to arrange a re delivery.
Free Delivery and Positioning
Items weighing more than 60kgs are delivered by a specialised carrier within 5 – 10 working days. The carrier will be in contact with you directly in order to arrange a convenient delivery date. Delivery will be to a ground floor location only (or other floors via a lift) with no more than one threshold step.
Delivery promotion - Where products display the below image, we are offering free delivery & positioning via 1 flight of stairs only, at no additional charge.
Upgraded - Free Delivery for 1 flight of stairs

Free Delivery & Bolt Down
Our delivery and bolt down service takes place within 7 – 10 working days. We will be in contact directly with you in order to arrange a convenient date and time. Delivery and installation will be to a ground floor location only (or other floors via a lift) with no more than one threshold step. All installations are completed by our professional safe engineer crews. Please contact our customer services team if you would like an item installed via stairs.
